This a short report about the new digital camera models that are now available. One of these is the new D-SLR that has just been released by Nikon.
This one is called the Nikon D3X. This announcement was first made on November 30, 2008 and the release news date for this product was marked at December 1, 2008 in the Netherlands.
Key features of the D3X are its newly-arranged FX format as well as its CMOS image sensor with 12-channel readout. It also is capable of noise reduction and it shoots at various resolutions-to as high as 24.5MP. It also comes equipped with a special technology called the XPEED image processing.
Additional news about cameras includes the following:
· As of the 27th of November a new group test has been done on several budget camera models which cost under $150.00. Models included in these tests include the Canon A470 (costs $104), which is capable of taking pictures of a resolution of up to 7.1MP; and the Fujifilm Z20fd, which takes photos in up to 10MP. Other companies such as Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, Kodak, Nikon, and Olympus also provide quality entry-level cameras which range in price from $130 to $135.
· Adobe Introduces new Raw Plug-In: This new 5.1 version of Camera Raw software has just been released (2008). It supports several quality devices such as the Canon 1000D and 50D, and at least four Leaf models. It also supports the Kodak EasyShare Kodak Z1015, Fuji FinePix IS Pro, Olympus SP-565 UZ, and at least three Nikon devices.
